Silvia is an experienced lawyer in the areas of Corporate Law and Capital Market. She has had in-house experience at the enforcement division of BSM Market Supervision (BSM Supervisão de Mercados), an organization for the self-regulation of the markets operated by B3, where she conducted administrative disciplinary proceedings and procedures relating to the Investor Compensation Mechanism – MRP and held the position of secretary of the Supervisory Board, a collegiate body of the BSM which is responsible for judging both Administrative Disciplinary and MRP Proceedings. She has also worked in an Italian-Brazilian law firm, advising Brazilian and foreign clients in M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and routine corporate obligations.
