Eduardo Mascarenhas has experience in labor and employment law, defending companies in high risk labor claims. He also works in investigations of Labor Public Prosecutor’s Office and of the Ministry of Labor and Employment. Additionally, Eduardo has experience in writing legal opinions, assisting companies in order to ensure that companies are in compliance with Brazilian labor laws.
