ARESC Board of Directors decided to postpone the deadline to receive contributions for the Public Consultation n. 13/2018 until June 4th, 2018.

The Public Consultation n. 13/2018 intends to collect suggestions and information to approve an Ordinance establishing the general conditions for gas supply by the LDC in the state of Santa Catarina.

The resolution draft contains ninety one articles and all of them can be changed through the process of public consultation. The contributions must be written and presented until 7 p.m. on June 4, 2018, at the ARESC’s building or sent to the email consultapublica@aresc.sc.gov.br.

Among the Ordinance’s provisions, it is worth noting that article 14th, first paragraph, determines that residential and commercial client will obtain gas exclusively with the state gas concessionaire during the entire period of the concession. The second paragraph provides that classes of consumers can be held as free consumers as long as they fulfill the requirements to be specified by ARESC.
