Erika Donin Dutra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from UFRGS (2014), for which she earned an Academic Laurel. Since 2012, she has been working mainly with Contracts, drafting and revising agreements and corporate documents, and with Insolvency and Reestructuring. Furthermore, she has experience in contractual litigation, both in Judicial and Arbitral proceedings. Erika participated in national and international moot courts representing the Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, such as the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the Brazilian Arbitration Moot Competition – Petrônio Muniz.
