Manoela Pascal Martins is an experienced lawyer, with solid experience in the labour field. She has successfully managed complex lawsuits of great strategic importance to her clients (Public Civil Actions, Collective Actions and Private Lawsuits that involve accidents at work, CEOs, managers, amongst others), and also administrative proceedings (civil and proceeding investigations filed by the Ministry of Labor and Employment). In the consulting area, she has assisted national and multinational companies drafting and revising codes of conduct and human resource policies, as well as training managers. Manoela P Martins has followed collective bargaining with Unions to implement profit sharing, fix work shifts and other aspects of the employment relationship.
