Stephanie Vieira Goularte handles individual and collective civil litigation, both in and out of court, with an emphasis on civil and consumer law and enforcement of contracts. She has experience representing the interests of large national and multinational companies in various sectors, including the pharmaceutical, metallurgical, petrochemical, electric energy, telecommunications, construction, chemical, hospitality, tobacco and retail industries. Stephanie also provides consultancy concerning liability and consumer law, due diligence proceedings, drafting of opinions and risk analysis reports for judicial and extrajudicial proceedings as well as consults focusing on the prevention and resolution of disputes before the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the PROCON (Brazilian Consumer Defense Program) and other governmental bodies.
