Decree No. 10.201/2020
Regulates § 4th of article 1st and article 2nd of Law No. 9.469, from July 10th 1997, to define the maximum amounts for the authorization of agreements and transactions celebrated by federal legal entities of public law and federal public companies, to prevent or terminate disputes, including judicial proceedings.
Decree No. 10.198/2020
Modifies Decree No. 6.514, from 22nd July 2008, which disposes about environmental administrative infractions and sanctions, and establishes the federal administrative proceeding for investigation of these infractions.
Institutional Security Cabinet of the Republic Presidency – Ordinance No. 5/2020
Delegates the competence for the celebration of new administrative contracts, prorogation of existing contracts, concession and expenses with hotel night and tickets, and appointment of representative for the Integrated System of Nominations and Consultations (Sinc in Portugues).

Federal Attorney General’s Office – Ordinance No. 24/2020
Modifies Ordinance No. 201, from 28th March 2013, in order to subdelegate the competence for authorizing the celebration of judicial or extrajudicial Conduct Adjustment Declarations (TAC in Portuguese), in which autarchies and federal public foundations are involved, in accordance with article 4-A of Law No. 9.469, from 10th July 1997.

Ministry of Infrastructure – National Department of Transport Infrastructure – Normative Resolution No. 01/2020: regulates the use of federal highways by vehicles or by vehicles and equipment combinations, aimed at the transportation of indivisible and exceeding in length or dimensions cargo, concerning the limit established by the current legislation, for the set of vehicle and transported cargo, as well as by special vehicles, based on articles 21 and 101 of Law No. 9.503, from 23rd September 1997, known as Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB in Portuguese), and provides other measures.

ANTT – Normative Resolution No. 5.866/2020: modifies Normative Resolution No. 5.624, from 21st December 2017, which provides on the means of Participation and Social Control Process, within the ANTT, and provides other measures.

ANTT – Normative Resolution No. 5.867/2020: establishes the general rules, the methodology and the minimum rates coefficients, related to a traveled kilometer during the realization of the paid highway transportation service, by loaded axle, set by the National Policy of Minimum Thresholds of the Highway Freight Transportation (PNPM-TRC in Portuguese).
